Hot 26 is our Flagship yoga class. We like to call it our Power Hour! The 26 Hatha poses + 2 breathing exercises are practiced in a heated room. The asanas (poses) are performed in a precise sequence, which build upon themselves taking you through a moving meditation while simultaneously improving balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Learn MoreI wanted to jump on the bandwagon of testimonials. I've been meaning to tell you this, even though I don't get to come as much as I'd like, I have noticed some very positive changes. I've had breast cancer and a mastectomy with lymph nodes removed. From this surgery my left arm often feels heavy, tingly and sore (beginning symptoms of lymphedema). I never have that problem for weeks after just one yoga session. Just wanted to say thanks. I really enjoy the Hot 26 class!

I’m so grateful you got my husband started. He feels so much better. He’s been in pain for 2 years. He tried everything and nothing helped. He was convinced he would never feel better. He can walk around without pain now. It’s wonderful!!
This literally puts me in a good mood all day. I wish I could explain it in more detail. Possibly because of not being so tight in the body I am not as tight in the mind? Who knows? But Yoga is incredibly misunderstood in society.

I'm amazed my 'headache helmet' is gone! It literally feels like I've put a helmet on my head when I get it. My whole body feels like I'm hungover. I'm SO glad I came to class!

I broke my ribs 2 weeks ago and my doctor said I’m healing REMARKABLY WELL! I think it’s because yoga had me healthier to begin with. ❤️He said I'm ready to go back and do what I can tolerate!
