Trisha was introduced to Yoga through Yin, meditation, pranayama, and philosophy. As her physical practice has developed, she’s found a burning enthusiasm and new level of self discovery and strength in her daily asana practice.
Trisha practices all styles of Yoga (depending on what her body is craving that day!), but loves to share creatively themed and invigorating Hatha-Vinyasa style classes with students, cultivating a dynamic inner stillness that students can take off of their mats and into their daily lives. Prepare to feel challenged, empowered, and replenished with Trisha!
Trisha is currently obtaining her 200-hour YTT at Amara Yoga & Arts in Urbana, IL. She will complete her RYT certification in April 2024.
Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and Parivrtta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle Pose) feel amazing every time! I hold a lot of tension in my hips and lower back, so the combination of strength, stretch, and balance is both soothing and empowering.
I love road trips, long solo hikes, kayaking, reading, self care practices, bulldog snuggles, and anything active and creative. My latest passion? Cold water plunges – Trust me, you've gotta try it!
